The opportunity   We've seen firsthand how powerful in-person community connection can be — from our flagship Meetabase in Argentina to customer-hosted events in Madrid, and casual bar meetups organized when team members travel through Europe. We're ready to take this to the next level, and we're looking for someone who can help us think and operate at a different scale. That means owning a full portfolio of event types — from our annual user conference to executive dinners to community-hosted gatherings — and bringing an experimental mindset to all of it. You won't just execute events well; you'll design programs, run tests, measure what works, and build a scalable playbook grounded in real data.
