We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
Build, maintain, and document CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Provision and manage infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and Terraform
Manage and optimize AWS environments including ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS
Support and maintain Docker containers and debug containerized workloads
Help define and build a modern data science and development environment using tools like SageMaker, DataZone, and Athena
Support Linux-based systems and contribute to DevOps best practices across the team
What you’ll bring:
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline engineering
Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools including CloudFormation and Terraform
Strong AWS experience across core services including ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS
Experience with Docker and containerized environments
Familiarity with data science platforms such as SageMaker, DataZone, or Athena
Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team
Communicates clearly and openly, whether documenting infrastructure decisions or collaborating with engineers
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $125,000 – $160,000
